ROCO’s R9 Jaw Crusher is designed with the small quarry operator and demolition industry in mind, with all the important features needed incorporated into one machine. The ROCO R9 Jaw Crusher is just under 20 tonnes and 2.5 metres wide meaning it can be easily transported around cities & built up urban areas. It can be hauled on a standard trailer, curtainsider, or low loader without road permits.

The R9 is a game-changer as it can also work indoors. It has a plug-in facility so it can be powered completely from a permanent 3 phase power supply on-site: meaning no engine noise or fumes, silent operation indoors and out! With the dust suppression system installed as standard, it is the ideal choice for working on dusty demolition sites.

The compact ROCO R9 design has a pre-screening vibrating grizzly feeder and side/dirt conveyor option, which is ideal for separating fine material. With a reverse crushing facility, the R9 can handle soft materials, such as asphalt and limestone, preventing blockages in the crushing chamber. The R9 is also able to deal with day to day crushing of any hard rock application, coal, aggregates, bricks, and blocks with ease.

With record low unbeatable fuel consumption, the ROCO R9 Jaw Crusher has no competition when it comes to fuel savings. With the dual-powered design, we can achieve a record-breaking consumption of only 5-7 litres per hour crushing, resulting in savings of up to 30+ litres of fuel per hour compared to conventional hydraulic driven jaw crushers on the market. 30 litre per hour fuel savings will easily pay back your investment each day you crush!
